      Pros

      Feedonomics is a company that values its employees, clients and seeks to do right by all. A strong work ethic pervades the organization combined with a healthy respect for employees and a good work life balance. Senior Leadership: Shawn Lipman, Jason Nichol, Stacy, Dallas Moore and Tony Surkin are inspiring humble leaders that create a motivating environment for employees.

      Cons

      That I did not transition to this organization sooner.

      Amazing People & Culture

      Pros

      1. Smart and driven co-workers - Lots of opportunities to learn and progress within the company for those that take initiative. 2. Growing fast - I expect the company to continue growing rapidly based on the technology and the vision from the founders. 3. Exciting work - eCommerce is an interesting and ever-changing landscape. It's a great opportunity to work with top global brands, marketing agencies, and technology companies like Google/Facebook. 4. Culture - The company cares about employees and does a lot to make work more engaging and enjoyable. The office has nice perks (i.e. ping pong table, snacks) and events are organized regularly.

      Cons

      1. Growing fast - Rapid growth can be a double-edged sword and you need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

      Growing Startup with Great People and Opportunities

      Pros

      - Being part of a rapidly growing startup - Open communication policy. You can always express concern / provide feedback to anyone from upper management at any time. - Benefits have only grown since I joined the company in 2017 - Opportunity to learn different aspects of the eCommerce industry. - Opportunity to learn various technical tools (XML, xpath, HTML, Regular Expressions, etc.) - Work with some of the biggest global brands and develop relationships with those involved. - Developers are always working on the next big release - there's genuine excitement whenever an update to the platform is released. Updates are based on our direct feedback. - The people are really great - a lot of bright people from all over. - Company parties are fun and drama-free

      Cons

      - Not enough focus on sustainable practices (i.e. plastic / single-use items in the kitchen / no carbon offsetting for flights and travel / etc.) - Fast-paced environment doesn't fit everyone - Internal processes change frequently, which can catch some off guard - There is a cap to how much PTO we can save up (if you hit the ceiling, you're wasting PTO) - Not enough plants in the office!
