-Working in Philly -Saying you work for IBM -Co-Workers/Managers are cool people

Cons

-Selling a luxury item for most companies -Poor training -Top 7 on team received ALL inbound leads or anyone who is interested. Rest of team has to cold-call through a pile of garbage accounts. Meanwhile, these people who receive leads have either the same or very similar quotas to those that do not receive leads. -High employee turnover

Benefits, PTO, Center City location, decent pay, nice coworkers.

Cons

Misleading from the moment I set foot inside. Chosen few get good deals. Never update call lists. Leads are garbage. Management lies. Treat employees like grade schoolers. Anyone over 25 need not apply.

-Fun/Young culture with bottom tier employees -Ability to say you work for IBM -Center city location

Cons

-Salary is way low for how professional they pretend to be -Almost no account assistance means you spend endless hours cold calling a saturated market -If you are not a favorite, they make it widely known by verbal and email threats for everyone to see
