Pros
1) Get to work on new technologies, highly active development cycles, new projects.
2) Very open culture, very approachable and helpful colleagues across levels
3) Great place to learn about technology,
4) Acknowledgement and appreciation of efforts.
Cons
1) Overload of work at times, though that is also a part of the challenge. This is one of the only drawbacks I find here.
