Pros
I have been working here for last 1 year. I am finding the work culture very good. You will get exposed to some good current market tech stacks and languages. Flexible office timings, no late night calls as the whole R & D is from Bangalore. Very active releases and hence sometime the work might pile up but hey, at the end you will reap what you sow. You will get Sodexho coupons per month for Lunch. Quarterly outings and techathons lets you enjoy what you like outside of day today works.
Cons
Hikes and bonuses aren't the same as they were before the acquisition by IBM. But being said that the amount people got is okay not great but at par with market standards.
