Pros

Absolutely nothing positive in here.

Cons

- Terrible place in IT. - Hired consultants in IT paying $400/hr to junior architects and laying off full time professionals that work for the company that knows the systems. - IT doesn't value its own people, uses lean deployment to fire people. It is an embarrassment.

Pros

Nice location and nice people from the Principal level on down. Exciting times as the company tries to reinvent itself as a software defined bank in the cloud.

Cons

Altogether a decent place to work, with an exciting mission moving into the cloud. However, the HR there is the most inept and conniving team I've ever encountered, which bitters the experience for most everyone who knows what the real reality is. Lastly, there is way too much hubris 'affinity bias' in the senior ranks to take them seriously anymore, i.e., it has become a club for former GE employees.

Pros

Benefits, vacation time, 401k match, educational payback program

Cons

Limited staff, expects more then what can be done and again poorly staffed. If you want to be an over achiever you will need to work 60 hours or more in order to complete all of your work. Branch managers are now the new tellers in the banking centers
