Figure Eight is by far the best company I have ever worked at. Their approach is the best of what most other companies have combined. I immediately felt at home and was able to use all my expertise and creativity easily. Office is a great place to work in, no construction noise and the offices and desks are more than ample. Figure Eight also cares about each employee's future and holds goals and values in high regard. Work from home Wednesdays if you want, flexible. I have been working with a very talented people in Machine learning team since I joined. The team is very diverse in terms of talents, skills, experience, ethnicity and gender. We have lots of interaction for each project which help us to learn alot on different problems and tools and methods to solve them! My progress and learning has been very fast due to working with such a diverse team I have many interesting experiences such as, attending the best conferences in my field, giving talks on my projects and speaking at those conferences, teaching workshops, contributing to products and customer projects in a broad range of topics within my field. The company is very supportive of the employees and employees are very friendly and caring to each other! What I love about working at Figure Eight is that I get a lot of opportunities to experiment with new things and starting new projects and sharing my ideas and they are always supportive and respective of it! I like working with my managers in Technology teams and think they are very understanding, caring and open-minded ! We have work from home days where we focus on projects even though the office particularly the machine learning and technology area is a quite and pleasant place to work.
