The potential is undermined by a culture of micromanagement and fear. Leadership is highly centralized around the CEO, who inserts himself into every communication and decision, leaving no room for anyone to operate independently. Turnover is extremely high, and many employees have been fired due to questionable or arbitrary reasons. Communication policies like banning Slack direct messages were implemented to increase oversight, not collaboration. In some cases, employees were publicly berated for minor mistakes by the CEO, fostering a culture where fear and blame are rewarded over accountability and growth. Whole departments were dissolved for one employee's mistake. The stress of working in this environment is substantial. All employees walk on eggshells daily, concerned about whether they're next to be fired. The toll this takes on mental health far outweighs any compensation or benefits. If you value professional growth, stability, and a healthy work environment, look elsewhere. Protecting your peace of mind is worth more than any paycheck.

Do not relocate for this company. Many people have relocated only to be let go within the first year of working here. We are consistently shrinking and are not able to replace at the rate that people are quitting/being fired. Your position here no matter what department is constantly threatened for termination or you’re worried that you’ll be fired for a small human error that gets blown out of proportion. I have watched entire teams be dissolved within a day or employees be terminated because they are not liked by upper management. The CEO publicly berates any and all employees and upper management is so afraid of him that they will either throw employees under the bus for their own mistakes or allow them to be terminated in order to save their own jobs. The CEO is also involved in ALL the departments and ALL decisions need to be signed off or approved by him. This is not only time consuming but makes departments that are not in his wheelhouse be forced to experiment with his ideas. The justification for implementing these ideas are typically just because he said so. We are also not allowed to DM so that he can see any and all communication for every department and he’s not afraid to call you out or publicly shame you for how you asked a question. Overall, my experience here has been extremely toxic and you should seriously consider other options before working here.
