Pros

Great PTO, good loyal people.

Cons

1. Replacing Cavion with Malauzai 2. Replacing U.S. long time employees with irreplaceable knowledge with no knowledge offshore employees. 3. Replacing Ultradata with Phoenix for Credit Union core. One of the things that made Finastra unique is Ultradata, core built specially for Credit Unions.

Pros

I echo the positive comments. I work full-time from home. My hours are flexible based on meetings with co-workers overseas. I feel empowered to speak my mind and feel that my experience is taken seriously. One last thing, upper management is really making an investment in the people, pushing training, refurbishment of offices, and many more initiatives to make us feel more connected.

Cons

Merging the companies was difficult, but that is the nature of the beast. I really feel like we are coming together as One Finastra and am looking forward to the future here.
