Beware of all the resumes flooding the market from Misys & D+H execs bragging about numbers and accomplishments from the past year that they had NOTHING to do with! the increased numbers are all due to the MERGER and NOT from organic growth as they're trying to mislead you all into believing
Cons
The CEO was just given a golden parachute and a job at his master's private equity firm for having "doubled the company's revenue" and "increased the customwr base from 2000 to more than 9000!" THAT has be the biggest CROCK of .. stuff EVER. He simply just took credit for everything on the D+H side, and all the companies D+H acquired in the last 10yrs, for which he has absolutely ZERO role in ! if anything, he ran out the key talent and leaving the company with more upset customers which will lead to this company crashing down when they are out of number games and tricks to play on us
