Pros

- Smart and friendly colleagues. No egos to tiptoe around. - Great product with clear value for customers. - They don't just say they treat you like an adult; they actually treat you like an adult. We get actual total autonomy and trust, and support is provided if requested. - Great work-life balance. The people in leadership are human and recognize employees are humans with families and lives outside of work. - You're encouraged to experiment with new ideas and expand your skills outside your core job function (but on the flip side, there's no pressure to do either if you don't want to). - Competitive compensation.

Cons

Sounds trite, but it's pretty fast paced, which is par for the course for a startup. I think it's great because it keeps me on my toes, I get to learn a ton, and the days/weeks fly by ... but it's definitely something not everyone is a fan of.

Pros

Remote, great pay and compensation plan

Cons

Leadership with no proven sales process, throw at the wall and see what sticks approach. Only reps that hit quota do so from inbound leads. Hired multiple sales function just to lay off or PIP in less than 6 months.
