In-store promotions are looked at before anyone else, Steady hours during season

Cons

Low pay, no benefits for employees (they only provide you with company names that are "affordable"), monotonous, complaints not taken seriously, suggestions for store improvement are mostly ignored.

There is sincerely nothing good to say about working in a dump like that. Highly underpaid and severely overworked.

Cons

Employees are high school to early twenties too caught up in their own drama to pay attention to running a restaurant. The gm is a joke who spends more time meddling in drama versus fixing things. Shift leaders?? Don't get me started. Only one at the store I worked at is a true leader. It's not worth the hell for minimum wage. Also, if you make it to shift lead, they pay you 8 bucks. Don't waste your time if you want to advance in a company. If you enjoy busting your hide for peanuts go ahead.
