Pros

The job is extremely easy. There's nothing to it but to do it and you can catch on to any position really quickly.

Cons

The faux family setting is horrible. favoritism and discrimination runs rampant.

Pros

At Firehouse Subs, there are plenty of good reasons to enjoy coming to work. The work environment is cheerful and it's a place where you can advance to higher positions by simply giving solid effort.

Cons

The downsides to working at Firehouse Subs is that sometimes you may feel as if the monotony is draining you out. Other times, it is so busy that it seems like the subs won't stop coming down the line. I have personally had a reoccurring nightmare where people just keep ordering subs and I just have to keep making subs...Hundreds and hundreds of subs!
