Fun atmosphere most of the time, but pay and benefits just weren't there.

Pros

The company is well managed, with frequent "fire reports" to ensure that everything is up to par, and also general managers deal directly with their entire crews.

Cons

The pay or motivation just wasn't there. Expected employees to be on pace with say "In N' Out", but they wanted them to do so for minimum wage with no real hope of raises or promotions (besides the occassional shift leader promotion)

Good food. At first seemed to be a good job, worked as a assistant manager at epicenter location....restaurant had just opened and staff was eager to work. Quickly saw through the smoke screen and realized what I had walked into.

Cons

Poor franchise selection, owner put into chapter 11. Left in store as only management. Worked7:30am-11pm mon-sun for 6 months.fired when no longer could handle workload and lack of home life.
