50% discounts for crew members, 100% free meals for shift managers/GMs free uniforms good food chance to learn a little bit about the food industry flexible with your schedule, my manager always cared about school times and family matters

Cons

pay is almost always low for the amount of work you put in. Worked there for almost a year and put in 40+ hours almost every week, got called in constantly, bosses gave me great reviews, but never went above minimum wage. When someone did get a raise, it's because they became a shift leader, and that was only about a $0.50 more. work hours are scattered, schedules come out LATE not much chance to work your way up huge turn over, it seems like someone is always being trained

- Lazy workers , even when you are working your ass off , you get yelled at for someone else's work. - Boss Judges people off a single mistake - No Praise after doing a good job - Always watching over you , which is annoying as f*ck and makes me nervous... - Cheap as hell
