Could work by myself, fellow employees were nice, owner was nice, great uniforms, not a lot of cleaning up required.

Cons

I did not have a good experience here, no potential for growth, child like managers, no benefits and did not work with schedule.

Working with and getting to know your customers. Great food! Some of the employees are great to work with.

Cons

GM knows nothing about working with his employees, very rude and disrespectful. Won't give anyone evaluations or raises. And there is alot of people at his store that is well over due for a raise and deserves one too. GM shows favoritism to his day crew and certain individuals. He is rude to his customers if they change their mind about their order. I could go on but what's the use, no one does anything about it.
