      training, fast-paced, overall friendly, monthly breakfasts/lunches, good wellness program

      Cons

      One entire department is extremely rude, if you are under 30 then you get little respect.

      Great people and an awesome company that cares. Flat structure so you get to know management teams. FBIZ wants to help you grow and succeed.

      Cons

      Work can be tedious (although that is the nature of a lot of banking positions). Otherwise, I have no complaints!
