      Very smart, energetic people who are driven yet friendly and collaborative; a real commitment to employee-first culture that shows in tangible ways; people who are open to new ideas; a fairly flat org with career opportunities

      Cons

      It's very busy and demanding, so if you want to just skate by at work or get promoted just because, look somewhere else.

      Lots of change and not consistent with leadership message. Turnover is very high in Kansas City.

      Benefits were comparable to other companies in the Kansas City area. Just one location bank - no branch network in the KC area.

      Cons

      Lots of change and turnover. Not a consistent message from leadership and from department to department. Culture needs to be improved as well as employee respect.

      Pros

      I am privileged to work with this amazing company. Everyone here is helpful, happy to be here, and willing to put in extra effort - from the CEO to the administrative positions. The opportunity for growth is absolutely there if you are looking for it. The compensation and benefits are competitive. The company strives toward employee happiness & engagement. They know banking can be tedious, but they make it so everyone remains involved and are always fully transparent.
