      Laid back Doesn’t matter if you’re late

      Cons

      Bad pay Bad management You are always reminded that you’re replaceable Impossible goals so commission is affected Lots of gossip Employees don’t care Management doesn’t care No medical for associates You get suspended if you have to call in even if it’s an extreme emergency and you have paperwork to prove it. It’s laid back and can get slow, but that’s bad for your commission. Can’t take PTO between November-January Management plays favorites Lots of rumors spread Lots of sexual harassment Start all associates at same pay rate even if you have years of experience and other people have zero experience.

      401k sharing plan HSA is amazing Discounts on merchandise DMs all around great esp regional mgr

      Not enough employees at stores with higher volume of customers Not enough security human wise for stores in areas where crime is higher therefore putting employees and customers at risk in case of theft among other things Impossible to get paid vacation days off even with months notice, lots of time worked off the clock which is illegal as well as receiving your paid sick time is virtually impossible. Did not get compensated for PTO or vacation time when I left company after being harassed into coming into work instead of doctors appt. that was very crucial and ended up with me in the emergency room as well as a 4 day hospital stay.
