      Company that thrives on unrealistic expectations

      The best part is getting to know your customers and the community

      Cons

      Management that sets unrealistic customer service expectations. They have the SMILE program which feels robotic in nature. The SMILE program is intended to give customers a better experience but it far from does that. It is intrusive on customers.

      I thought it was one of the best work places I have ever work for in my life, it was like a family and company had your back and put family first.

      Cons

      Beware of the status quote (affirmative action) . company no longer have your back every man for themselves upper management(DM's and up) make decision based on if they like the person or not and if the dislike the person they pick non facts to create paper trail so they can let you go. Most employees hate their job because there is no more respect for the their people anymore. when upper management is in correct about something no one says anything in fear they would loose their job. highly stress full job.

      Decent pay, good way to hone your customer service skills and face to face interactions.

      Cons

      Ever since the merger with Cash America, things have gotten progressively worse. Cut throat environment, no loyalty, no job security and DM’s are becoming ever increasingly micro managerial. Not worth the BS - go work for a bank and make the same pay. I’ve been an entrepreneur myself - I started 4 coin shops and know how to make money and provide great customer service. I want out as soon as possible
