      They were willing to give me whatever hours I wanted

      Cons

      They demanded way too much and also had to work In serious hear in the garage part and all you smelled was gasoline that gave you major headaches.

      Pros

      I loved Cash America I feel like I got every opportunity for the most part to succeed. I worked in the west region and my district managers Greg and Jacob were excellent.

      Cons

      Low wages for pawnbrokers and way to many hours required for management which make work/life balance way tilted towards the company. To many sales and "tag events" take away from day to day tasks.
