      Pros

      Great work life balance with competitive pay. They really encourage shop managers to put their stamp on how the store is ran.

      Cons

      company going through a transition, old style pawn people being replaced by new. The new initiatives are great but lots of stores are short handed.

      I liked the company's core values.

      Cons

      4 robbies at my store in a little over 1 year.. Stressful times, cut costs, only care about getting a sale. Unappreciated. Management and district managers in need of better leadership skills. I felt managers never used the companies core values. Commission is a low percentage.
