      Pros

      Discounts on certain merchandise. Matching 401K. A manager that worked with my schedule.

      Cons

      Corporate structuring meant unrealistic goals for high ticket items like jewelry. Wage growth was incredibly poor and not based on performance. One year saw 1.00 the manager was allowed to split among 6 employees. I got a .13 cent raise that year. Health coverage was weak.

      Pros

      I have never had any problem having hours to work. I have great benefits accumulated over many years with the company.

      Cons

      Turnover is a constant in this business. Some people can not handle this type of work. With acquisition do not know how this will affect my benefits .
