Pros

The only pro is you learn a lot of new languages because they’re constantly changing their platforms.

Cons

Leadership that isn’t fit for leadership positions, overworked and underpaid. Other fly under the radar making those who do work, do their work too. 10/10 I’d keep looking elsewhere. You’ll get paid more, you’ll enjoy your work more, and you won’t be a part of a scam of a company.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Our team takes pride in our Mission of coaching military personnel and their families in their pursuit of financial security. First Command is constantly evolving, as our clients do, and looking for ways to elevate their experience to better serve them. In turn, our employees and Advisors experience (and many times are the drivers of) some of that positive change you've alluded to in your review. The commitment you'll find in our employees to our Mission is not common. We often hear from many of our employees and Advisors that serving this community in a meaningful way is one of the most compelling elements of a career at First Command. This is what makes positive change at First Command possible. We've heard your feedback and will be sharing it with our executive leadership team. We wish you well in your next endeavor.
