Pros

Mission and vision align perfectly with military community. Great for military spouses (I'm one and love every second). Rewarding both from a point of helping others and from compensation. Career that will move with the military. You are your own business owner, so you make your own schedule, and the sky is the limit. Very focused on the military and active-duty families and retirees, and that is the why and it just fits right with me as a military spouse.

Cons

Slow to change when needed sometimes. Hang onto people they should send into retirement for too long. They are moving the right direction, but they need more focus on becoming more diverse.
