      Pros

      -steady hours and schedule -holidays off, typically Monday thru Friday. -vacation and sick time and insurance right off the bat.

      Cons

      -low pay -pressure to meet goals, sell products - this might not be all the branches but my beach didn't follow policies properly leading to issues.

      Quarterly bonuses.. but that’s pushing it

      Cons

      Not a friendly work environment. Every director I met at FMB had their nose up in the air and thought they were better than everyone. HR is SLOW and non responsive. This bank thinks they’re chase bank and the people act like they are. They’re barely comparable to STAR bank. Dress code is strictly enforced. A lot of good employees have left this year because they promote the laziest employees before the hard workers. Not impressed with this place and so glad I left.
