      Pros

      Company is a generally friendly and open environment that is large enough to be a player in the financial services industry yet small enough to get to know others throughout the footprint. Management generally accessible and open to feedback.

      Cons

      Pay lags and there is more lateral movement than upward mobility throughout the organization.

      Pros

      Decent hours, holidays off, there are a lot of other jobs within the company which makes for easy job transfers.

      Cons

      No communication, they aren't very quick on fixing problems. some of the managers have minimal knowledge in banking, which creates a stressful work environment. Banking centers are short staffed half of the time.

      Pros

      Vacation, sick leave, 401K, stock options, etc. are fair. Co-workers in general are nice people to work with. Working conditions are great. Day shift, usually with no overtime. Sundays off and most Saturdays too.

      Cons

      The pay vs. responsibility isn't very good and raises are only 1 1/2%. Management is often unqualified to actually supervise (they may know the technical aspects, but are clueless how to lead or just don't care).
