Commission off marketing. & Professionalism. Getting a opportunity to work your way up to upper management. Pretty nice just dealing with the company's pressure on you to open accounts

Cons

Marketing was so much pressure attempting to force customers to open accounts with you, dealing with drama from other coworkers because management in the Arapaho road dallas texas location wouldn't deal with the drama. Supervisor & assistant would argue.

Pros

I left as a senior personal banker and was there about 3 years. I was top sales person of the quarter and month and still didn't get to be a supervisor. The only pro is that you didn't need to have experience. I was working at Walmart and then got hired from there.

Cons

The starting pay for me for a pb1 was $11hr and I ended at 12.50 hr. You won't learn anything about being a real banker here or even finance. It's all stress and sales.

It pays the bills for now . Room for growth I would say . Sometimes flexible with your schedule if your a student

Cons

All they care about are sales . The pay is horrible I can barely keep my family from collections and I've been there for 4 years, while another supervisor gets paid a $1 more then me
