First National Bank Texas reviews

Little to absolutely no room for advancement if you're not opening at least 20 accounts a month. This bank targets people looking for a temporary fix such as only working in the city for a few months then leaving or teenagers just starting off and needing their first bank account. They don't care about building long term relationships, they want immediate results and the "quick fix". They function off a revolving door of customers, open account keep it open at least 3 months then either the account chargers off or the customer closes it and then they try to get them to open the account back up a few months later so it may appear as a "new" relationship. This is not a long term professional bank.

The account goals per month made the job more than what it should’ve been. Being forced to approach Walmart and kroger customers caused issues if an employee didn’t know to take no for an answer. I heard they don’t push the account goals anymore though.
