      I love banking, this is a very down to earth banking institution, they relate to every day people.

      Management does not provide the basic tools needed to continue building your career with this company.

      Can obtain this job very easy

      Cons

      No growth, company HR is no good they will send you in circles until you give up. Managers will pick on employees until they put in two weeks and after putting in the two weeks notice they will not pay out time worked and will not give vacation time. I would never advice a person with an education to work here.
