employees are passionate about supporting the youth reach their goals, data driven company, room to grow within the company, flexibility, great support from supervisors, ongoing training opportunities, fast paced work environment.

Cons

Outcomes being a big part of the work can open the door to possible burnout of employees.

Horrible management, employees constantly leave no organization, no respect for others CEO is money hungry . Managers feud YA's have no respect for others

Cons

Disconnected leadership team. Lack of accountability. Organization does not live out it's values internally. Senior leaders are not progressive or open to change.
