Pros

Insurance, time off, most people are nice and helpful, morale, lots of room for career growth

Cons

Profit sharing or bonus is part of total package, resulting in a salary 85% market value but is not guaranteed. Thr total benefits package is said to be worth the 15% but when a 6%-8% bonus is expected and not received we are missing the mark. Also - flexibility in remote work wi be ending mid 2025

Not what it used to be

Pros

Generous PTO and they still offer a pension.

Cons

New senior leadership has had a negative impact on employee morale. Layoffs/cutting jobs, cutting bonuses, forcing return to the office, spending money on the wrong things, and prioritizing contractors over employees are just some of the recent decisions by management. It's not the same company it used to be.
