Best people I ever worked for. Lots of guys retiring over the next 10 years...lots of room for advancement Management always willing to help and answer questions

Cons

The pay is under industry average. Its good money for single kids fresh out of college, but if you have a family...your not saving any money...and could barely afford a house

Pros

They are very military friendly. The company has a lot of valuable information to provide to new employees. There are a lot of opportunities for hands on training.

Cons

Training for new hires is sub par. The information that is available is rarely transferred to new employees. The company has several methods to minimize faults and correct issues, however the requirement to fix everything has made these methods loose their impact. Overall a very hands off company, fire and forget.

Pros

One of the best paying companies in Ohio. Opportunities are there, but you have to be willing to really seek them out. As always, you can be whatever you want to be but you must be engaged and willing to work for it.

Cons

Still a company of the good old boys. Opportunities for females are harder to come by. There are females in upper management but overall there is a tilt towards male management. A number of changes to benefits since the recession started. Not convinced they were need but they benefited the company at that time and will continue to provide benefit to company long term.
