Pros

Overtime is fairly plentiful as long as you like being forced to work it. And it always seems to come at inconvenient times.

Cons

Management is severely lacking in professionalism and experience. Almost no job structure. They want everyone to perform any craft at any time. Sometimes u can't take an iron worker and make them an electrician in 15 min.

Very fair and equitable company. Positive working environment. A "think tank" of employees who respect one another and share ideas. The company treats their employees very well from a salary and benefits standpoint.

Cons

It is difficult to move up in management if you are a woman, despite your hard work and being a team player.
