      All over the place with no clear path.

      Cons

      Turnover is out of control. You can definitely learn things to improve your skills due to the lack of training. You will have no choice, it's a figure it out or your out culture. Eight bosses in a year and a half and still managed to get the department working seamlessly then "Thanks, we've got it from here". I was shown the door. Mass layoffs in the 3rd and 4th quarters every year. If your looking for a long term career...skip this company!!!

      Pros

      Although the company is fairly new they try their best to make sure that we have a great culture. There are many "new" company growing pains but management goes out of their way to make sure that everyone feels involved in the issue resolutions and that everyone feels like "part of the team". Coming to FirstKey was one of the best career decisions that I've made!

      Cons

      As mentioned above there are some "growing pains" but that is to be expected with any new company. If I had to say something negative I would say that not all teams are offered the option to telecommute, but I've been told that this policy is under review.
