Hi! Thank you for your review. I am happy to see that you enjoy the hours, your office location and the flexibility we like to offer our team members. However, I am sad to find that you do not have good work/life balance and your opinion of advancement. We understand that in this day and age, work/life balance is important and we try to make it a priority in all our offices. If you find it is not present, I would suggest talking with your manager to work to find a better balance. I do understand that it is your opinion on gender effecting advancement but this isn't the case and we give every team member the opportunity despite any and all differences. We do not pick and choose based on what we see, we do have team members that advance in their careers here at FirstKey Homes based on performance and we feel that is the only way to do so. Work hard in a fast-growing company and the advancement options are endless! Thank you for everything you do here! Scott
