      Pros

      Young company with great values. Always looking for ways to improve. My employment relationship here doesn’t seem like a job. It’s a career and part of my lifestyle.

      Cons

      I personally don’t have any true company or business model complaints. You all have been rocking it since I became a part of the team. I started in November and I’ve stayed above the top of my field in performance but I don’t want that to hold me back from a promotion and growth. Not saying that it will.

      It is a growing company, and there a few people there with some great knowledge and personalities.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional upper management, disorganized, and the vanity of upper management is more important than the work itself. I will say each department is different.

      Horrible Leadership

      Pros

      The Company pays well and the position was hybrid.

      Cons

      The Leadership is atrocious. They do not care about the employees, only profits. They discriminate against females, providing their male employees with more opportunities for success. They claim to be inclusive however it couldn’t be further from the truth. They do little to no due diligence on the homes they purchase. The homes are rented with various plumbing, electrical and construction issues. This forces the on-site teams to field calls from angry residents daily. They force you to work 50-60 hours per week and if you’re salaried you’re not compensated. I have been in the industry for 20+ years and never felt so used and abused. Stay far away!
