      Exciting Times!!!

      Pros

      This is an exciting company to work for that is going through some very exciting changes. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth and for the chance to make an impact. Very excited to have made the decision to join FirstKey Homes and become a Keyper!

      Cons

      We are a meeting heavy organization that gets in the way of "getting things done". In remote settings though I'd rather have extra meetings than not enough.

      Pros

      Its not the Company that's the problem; it's the people they put in the Management positions.

      Cons

      Some of the manages,and supervisors are bullies. They only show it in the one on one meetings when there is no one around.
