I am sorry to see that you feel upper management lacks follow through.       Pros

      Company with lots and lots and lots of growth potential. Great pay and benefits. My boss is wonderful, and coworkers seem really pleasant and helpful.

      Cons

      My commute! :) I wish I had more WFH day options, but it's been okay so far.
