Worst Management ever!!

They pay their employees good! The salary is not worth the headache.

Cons

The new leadership is horrible. They treat their employees terrible. They are constantly changing things with little guidance on the changes. They have ran off and fired some of the best employees. Can not refer anyone to work for this company. Most the staff is looking for new jobs to get out soon.

Pros

The salary and benefits are great. This includes full health benefits. 2 weeks paid vacation, 12 paid holidays off and 100% 401k match. The company is growing rapidly and promotion within looks like it’s actually possible with FirstKey

Cons

Since I have not started I do not have any cons. I am extremely excited to be apart of a new company.

Great Pay. Benefits and quarterly bonuses. Able to work independently. Virtually zero micro management. Great boss.

Cons

As with all fairly new companies there is a learning curve.
