The team is very welcoming and their hearts are in it for the kids. They are very communicative and the training was great.

Cons

It took a bit of time to get me to full-time hours, but faster than I thought.

Paid training and RBT certification.

Cons

In my interview they had clients in my location but after 6 months of working there, I never had a client even close to my location. I was commuting up to 2.5 hrs a day which was obviously straining. Pay also wasn’t good, I started at $19 and when I got certified, nothing changed and they didn’t seem to promote very often. Also was very “clicky”. If you didn’t know certain BCBA’s or even the head boss lady, you were basically excluded from the work culture.
