Pros

The entire staff at First Steps devotes countless hours to training and educating new RBTs. I felt prepared for executing my job.

Cons

No cons! It is a very intense job but it is incredibly rewarding and I enjoyed my time.

The training for RBT's is much better than other companies.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. I watched other coworkers come and go very quickly. Talked to my supervisor multiple times about a promotion, but it wasn't until I gave them my two week notice that they finally took me seriously. By then it was too late.
