Pros
Working with the children and their families, the location is great, office has lots of snacks. The training is good
Cons
Full time hours are given within 3 months but many of your hours are at minimum wage! Start pay is only 5$ more than minimum wage, but company requires a 4 year degree They say reviews are given but usually you have to request it or forget your raise! The company has new employees in and out. Scheduling is horrible. They do not help the employee they look at what is the easiest for them to schedule. ( they don’t look at Location easiest for you)
