      Pros

      The best training I've ever experienced at an ABA company, career growth and learning opportunities, supportive admin team, focus on client services. Even with lots of changes - new system, processes - we are supported if we have issues or questions. Also lots of job opportunities, so come and join FSFK!

      Cons

      The company is rapidly growing, so keeping up with it can be challenging with new systems, but we have a great team who makes sure we all know what what is needed and are there to support if we need extra help.

      Pros

      Though I was in an entry level position, my supervisor and other department heads took great care in contributing to my professional development and entrusting me with different projects that helped me learn and grow. With my expanding knowledge and skillset, I was considered for multiple promotions during my time with the company. I really appreciate the impact that each supervisor had in my career and the chances I was given that helped me reach my goals!

      Cons

      Occasionally, I was asked to take on tasks that were outside of my job description. Looking back, these opportunities to go outside of my comfort zone and assist other departments contributed to my learning and skillset.

      Best I have ever been treated as an employee. Management is carrying and understanding. This job is also highly rewarding as you get to help children and families.
