supportive environment, knowledgeable supervisors, more thorough and neurodiversity-affirming training than other ABA agencies

Cons

hours not guaranteed or consistent, have to be flexible with your schedule/not expect consistency, which leads to switching around client teams

1. fairly good BT training provided upon hiring that can help you become a RBT 2. overall focus is on providing compassionate ABA services to their clients 3. company has somewhat of a good reputation compared to other agencies

Cons

1. Unprofessional program directors who GOSSIP and have "clique" vibes 2. Quick to throw micro aggressions your way and refuse to take accountability for their remarks 3. Scheduling forces you to cover sessions for clients you don't even know and you get punished for refusing to cover
