Pros

-Very thorough and interesting training! -The management team is extremely committed to upholding ethical standards of practice and making sure their clients receive the best care possible -Co-workers and colleagues were friendly and approachable, and prompt when giving feedback any time I had a question -Mentorship program is great! Any time I wanted additional information or extra support, my mentor was there to answer my questions and guidance -Working with the kiddos and being an instrumental part in helping them build on their skills was very rewarding!

Cons

-Frequent back and forth driving (can potentially be adjusted if communicated with scheduling team) -Responsibilities were a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but found that management was extremely supportive and helpful during this transition -Schedule is not fixed; changes can be made at any time (this can possibly be minimized if communicate in advance with the scheduling team)

Pros

It is an incredibly rewarding experience and you get to see kiddos make so much progress through your work. The company is also very flexible with your schedule and the staff is very supportive.

Cons

Some of the clients may be harder to work with than others but you are given the proper training needed to handle situations that come up. The work schedule can also differ a lot week to week, but scheduling does a great job of making up hours and replacing appointments.
