Pros

The training team was very knowledgeable and prepared me for everything I needed to know in ABA. The staff was extremely friendly and I formed many friendships there. The kids were wonderful to work with.

Cons

You are trained on every type of therapy, but your overlaps and reviews to become a therapist after the training period aren't comprehensive. I only trained DTT, and my first client was NET, so I felt lost. The program directors "play favorites" on which cases they visit the most. With some clients, you see them weekly, with others, they're hardly out to observe unless to fulfill necessary hours. This company is vastly underpaying. They also led several coworkers on saying they would be promoted "soon" with exceptional quarterly reviews, and did not end up promoting them because of financials. They are not always fair with sending therapists on cover sessions in timely manners, and have no backup system for paying a therapist when a client cancelled, which is hard if this is your primary mean of income. There is no parent consultant position, so parents hardly follow through with intervention programs.

Pros

Happy employees for the most part.

Cons

Don't really get the FT hours they promise you in the interview. No diversity. Don't really care about the employees
