Decent PTO Weekends off Steady schedule

Cons

Last-minute mandatory overtime (we’re talking maybe an hour’s notice). No work/homelife balance Difficult if you have children especially those in childcare Very little leniency with bad weather causing lateness etc Very low salary with little room for advancement, if any
