Think twice.

Pros

Work from home capability, can be flexible with enough notice.

Cons

Starts and ends with management. 1 supervisor was good. The managers are awful, enjoy bullying people. Long hours, constant system issues that they demand you clock out until they fix it then still expect 8 full working hours for their own system issues. Pay is LOW. They lied and said it was hourly, then after training they tell you about matrix pay. Paid holidays mean nothing if they overload OT on to "make up" for time missed.

To many leaders

Pros

It's a job.. Pay ok you just have to ask when you get hired.

Cons

This company has way to many leaders that need to be followers. And a few followers that could be good leaders. And they need to rework the leave policy. You shouldn't have to work one year before you acure any time. And if you have to take off for a sickness you owe the company.
