Immediate supervisors were for the most part very helpful and kind. The company hires team leads from within so most of them had been in your situation before and even take calls themselves. There is a strong sense of camaraderie among coworkers and immediate supervisors so stresses caused by unexpected upper management changes were easier to deal with.
