Main issue is lower salary level compared to industry and the benefits are not at par with the industry. Insurance plan is very expensive

If not at corporate office you don't receive appreciation or recognition. If onsite or as caller no room to move up in company. Even if open positions for higher management they hire outside versus internally. Communication between departments is terrible! Since contract based with hospitals if contract ends you need to relocate in other openings. Don't expect large bonus at all.
